  • Staying in shape in your 30's

Boy, am i finding it hard to stay in shape these
days.   Ever since i took a break from hockey on Tuesday nights,
(saving $200 a month) my workout has been primarily at the gym.
However, my attendance at the gym has been less than satisfactory.  You
know when you can't remember your 4 digit code at the counter, you're
slacking.  I think it's time for some additional activities that may include
hiking or mountain biking.  Bouncing back from a few weeks of over-eating
and pubbing in your 30's is, needless to say, not as easy as when you're
    25.   But i'm going to take charge..this weekend is going to be the
    start of my new routine.

I may even pick up one of those men’s health magazines as
inspiration.   Do those guys have jobs?   Are they part
time cabana boys or what?   I suppose it's whatever someone puts
their time and energy into.  As with most people, i have a lot more energy
when I’m eating right and exercising.  I guess it could be worse, i'm not over
weight,  I could be the size of those peeps on The Biggest loser.
Losing a hundred lbs.of weight looks like quite a feat.  The cast of
that show shack up and train constantly for a month or something.   My goal is to start exercising
before New Year and make a resolution to keep it up.
